countries with active learners
In 2023, we created over 50 videos on the most searched health topics in Spanish, launched a digital community health worker training to reduce preventable child deaths, investigated the main barriers to vaccination among Indigenous communities in Guatemala, and much more.
Health education is essential to health equity.
We are committed to tackling the major drivers of death and disease through scalable health worker training and community education.
Health Worker Training
The World Health Organization predicts a shortage of 10 million health workers by 2030, primarily in low- and middle-income communities. Continuous training and upskilling for care providers are essential to closing this gap, and exclusive in-person training is no longer enough.
Community Health Education
Access to evidence-based information in a language you understand and with information you can act on is a foundational building block of health—and it is currently not the reality for millions of people worldwide.
