Digital Medic Mobile App User Guide

You will need to be connected to data or in a WiFi zone to install the Digital Medic app and download a course. The app takes about 16 MB to install.

Note: The Digital Medic app requires Android 4.1 and up and iOS 11.0 or later.

Go to the App Store (iOS) or Play Store (Android). Search for, and install the ‘’Digital Medic’’ app. If you already have the app installed, make sure you have version 1.8.30. For instructions on how to update the app, look here for Google Play Store and here for Apple App Store guides.

When you open the app, it will ask you to select your language preference, accept terms and conditions, and fill out a registration form.

To optimize your experience, ensure that you have the most recent version by checking the version listed at the bottom of the menu. For instructions on how to update the app, look here for Google Play Store and here for Apple App Store guides.

After you register, the app will take you to the “My Courses” screen and ask you to add your first course. Click “Find Courses”.

On the “Find Courses” screen, either search for courses by typing on the search line or browse the list of courses by scrolling down. 

Once you find a course you’d like to view, click on this course, then select “Add to My Courses”. A pop-up will let you know when the course has been successfully added. 

Click “View Course” to go to the course.

You have now successfully added a course, and can find the course at any time in the “My Courses” section of the app menu.

To ensure that you can view the course offline (when you are not connected to the internet), remember to select ‘‘Download All’’ at the bottom of the screen when you have the course open. You can also download individual videos for offline viewing by clicking the download icon next to the video.

To ensure that you have the most recent version of the course, please click on ‘Update Course Content’ at the bottom of your added courses often.
